2014 Chateau Miraval Côtes de Provence Rose
PET OF BRATT PITT AND ANGELINA JOLIE..
I was told these two movie stars owned this vineyard. I didn't verify. Heard they're hands off and leave it to the winemaker to have free play. I'd say there are better Rose from Provence (eg Henri Bonnaud's Palette), as this is more of a star play rather than technically good. Typical Rose nose, a bit too bitter at the front palette, while missing obvious fruits on the finishing. While it makes a perfect summer drink, I won't take it too seriously.
