When the nose doesn’t match the content, I always feel that the winemaker needs to improve his jobs. This one is a typical example: nose was oily and rich. But after a sip, I was terrified. There’s absolutely no oily character in the body, more like high acidity and extremely lean body. I ordered some oysters to start, and the finishing on the wine turned bitter, absolutely spoiling my oyster taste. Avoid such product!
