2014 Philippe Colin Chassagne Montrachet Les Chenevottes
I was very much into Philippe Colin nowadays as I believed he’s a very talented winemaker who can produce very extraordinary wines. I was definitely head over heels with Philippe Colin’s Chassagne Montrachet En Remilly 2016, so I would expect another plot of this Chassagne Montrachet to outperform as well. Nose was totally filled with myriad pear variation bouquet. Upon entry on the palette, a very refreshing acidity greeted my palette, followed by big fruits that just overwhelmed the acidity. I believe the fruits was a bit overpowering, but it was totally fine to drink it with some powerful foods like hotpot J
