2015 Casa da Passarella O Oenólogo Encruzado
FRUITY WINE
This white wine used a grape variety called Encruzado, perhaps a native grape in Portugal (please correct me if I'm wrong). I noticed the taste of this wine was fully fruit driven.
Nose of passion fruits, although quite muted though creamy. Palate was very tropical fruits, creamy and chewy, decent finishing although it dried up quickly towards the end. Almost dry longan (a tropical fruit) on a re taste.
