2015 Jean Marc Pillot Les Noyers Brets Puligny Montrachet
It is from Pillot family which owns a parcel here of 45 year old vines here. The location of this parcel of land was superb, right next to the most expensive plot of land Le Montrachet.
I smelt a very fine and detailed nose of creamy lemon curd, grapefruit. The palate began with a mouthful of ripe and slowly the minerality soon forces its ways in and dominates the lengthy finish. Value for money as the wine is below $100.
