2015 Sasso dei Lupi Rosato
SIMPLE
A rather simple rose from Italy to have as a starter prior to my dinner. Loads of strawberries on the nose. Palate was slightly refreshing (maybe I'm thirsty), but rather bitter and one dimensional, I'd prefer to age it for perhaps 2 3 years as I think there's potential for slight aging. Nevertheless still good to quench my thirst.
