DRINKING CONDITION 喝甜酒条件
I loved my Moscato d’Asti even though it maybe a cheap wine, but the drinking condition must be right. I took it out from the fridge thinking it should be chilled enough, big mistake, terribly sweet. Immediately chunk it into an ice bucket and tasted perfect in 20 mins.
我喜欢这个带甜味的意大利气泡酒， 虽然便宜酒但是情有独钟，但是喝甜酒的条件一定要注意。我从冰箱里拿出来以为适饮了，那里知道却是太甜了。然后我立刻找个冰桶把整瓶气泡酒给冰镇了，在不到20分钟这个酒就是完美的。所以喝甜葡萄酒的温度很重要，一定要冰镇过了才完美，不然简直是糟蹋了这瓶酒了！喝酒无论是多便宜还是贵，最重要还是要知道怎么饮和适当的方式才是硬道理。年。
