SEA INFLUENCE?
This chateau was virtually situated right next to the sea! It was a stunning sea view from the chateau itself, sounds like a summer beach holiday retreat!
The wine didn't quite reflect the beach party mood though. It was with really elevated acidity, very good fruit intensity, along with great peach taste and influence. I can't really relate all these to the by the beach scenario.
