2016 Chateau Henri Bonnaud Quintessence Palette Blanc
Truly breaking away from the mainstream wines of which I was a bit sick and tired. This was an interesting blend of Clairette and Ugni Blanc. Nose was full of orange zest. Palate was also fun, very orange driven. Not as elegant as a white burgundy Chardonnay, but more refined than a Bordeaux Blanc. I do enjoy the change.
喝了太多好酒， 有时改变一下不同产区的酒也是一种享受。这款来自南法的白葡萄酒，用了很少见到的葡萄品种，效果还是蛮好的。鼻香都是橙味。口感也很热带水果，也带有橙味，虽然没有布艮第的白葡萄酒柔和和优秀，但是我感觉还是比波尔多的白葡萄酒更加出色。我喜欢这样的新鲜感。
