2016 Chateau Laroque Grand Cru Classe
BORDEAUX 2016 ST EMILION 2
Was at a Bordeaux En Primeur 2016 yesterday, excited to report my findings. Bear in mind these wines are still 15 months away from being bottled, so you need to have a bit of imagination and past Bordeaux drinking experience towards the content.
Very muted nose, very light & slightly faint oak. Very fruity wine, but with some skewed sourish fruits, rather thin and lean, with an abundance of violet. St Emilion seemed to be mixed in results, pick your wines to invest carefully.
