2016 Chateau Olivier Grand Cru Classe
BORDEAUX 2016 GRAVES
Was at a Bordeaux En Primeur 2016 yesterday, excited to report my findings. Bear in mind these wines are still 15 months away from being bottled, so you need to have a bit of imagination and past Bordeaux drinking experience towards the content.
This graves wine was disappointing. Nose was reflecting the weakness of thin and lean fruits already. Palate was the same, lean & thin, although fruity. Wine is not made concentrated enough, I find it very weak. I'd avoid the En Primeur.
