GETTING BETTER
Tasted the specific plot La Combe, I find this even more interesting. A blend of 5 grape varieties; Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan, Rolle and Semillon.
Nose was creamy. Elevated acidity, the content was almost white peaches and the flavor do show up slowly to become richer. On a revisit after tasting other Rose, I find that it actually opened up with great elegance. Good job!
