2016 Domaine Aegerter Nuits Saint Georges

I normally didn’t expect a young wine like 2016, only barely 2 years old to be drinkable. This Côte de Beaune wine surprised me on the upside. Nose of ripe cherries. Palate was deep and broad, with very matured flavor, although it also had the young characters like dryness and greenness around. I think it’ll just need a couple of years to grow up!
我通常不怎么喜欢年轻的酒，但是布艮第红酒还是比较平易近人的，虽然只有两岁，却进入饮用期，已经超乎我意料之外了。鼻子很成熟的樱桃味。内容也很成熟，宽而且深，虽然它也带有年轻酒的风味，好比干，涩和青。这些都可以理解，我认为只需要几年就可以很成熟的饮用了！
