2016 La Grangere Saint Emilion Grand Cru

I have tasted many Bordeaux 2016, and definitely am impressed with the quality of this vintage. Thus, knowing 2016 character, I boldly decanted this wine for 3 hours, and the patience paid off! A whiff and the bouquet was already expressing drink me with elegant fruits. A sip and I was impressed, as this content really reminded me of 2009 vintage, a very fruit bomb vintage and undetectable tannins, don’t get me wrong, there are loads of tannins, just that the very structured and fruity taste covered up the tannins. Great finesse too!
我喝过很多波尔多2016年份的酒，也欣赏这个年份。因为我熟系这个年份，所以我把这瓶酒醒了三个小时，真的值得赞赏我的耐心。我非常喜欢酒的香味，直接扑我而来呼唤着喝我！喝一口我已经确定了酒体内容很好，非常澎湃的果味，而且很难品尝到丹宁，不是酒体没有丹宁，而是被果味掩盖了！这样的酒体完全令我想起了2009年份的波尔多。还有这个酒体非常纤细，非常棒的一款圣艾美隆的列级酒！
