2016 Lavila Cinsault Syrah Rose
LIGHT AND REFRESHING
After a long drive north of Singapore into Malaysia, I was drained. The scorching sun dried me up. Water doesn’t cool down the body, but this rośe did!
For the lack of choices in this hotel, the rośe striked my attention, as the Cinsault and Syrah blend probably made this a classic rośe. Taste was typical; light and refreshing, with some creamy character initially and turned citrusy and orange towards finishing. I’m definitely cooled down after a bottle of this wine. Cool ?!
