2016 Moulin de Gassac Chardonnay

I swear this bottle was created from some leftover grapes! I tasted the Mas de Daumas Gassac Blanc 09 just a week ago and it was impressive, but this one insulted my palate.
Strong fresh soapy bouquet to boot. Palate even though was round and fat, was too light and lacked flavor and also diminishing complexity. Totally unexciting, certainly was made from some leftover Chardonnay grapes trying to use up the hopeless grapes. My advice, don’t produce something that destroyed your reputation.
