UGLY SIDE OF PINOT NOIR
A whiff and I enjoyed the nose character, very ripe cherry fruits await me, although I also detected high acidity. Sounds promising so far!
A sip and all my imagination was down the drain! Young and sour, plus highly acidic, nothing like what the bouquet told me!
It’s like enjoying the view of a slim long hair lady from behind, but when she turned her face to face you, you couldn’t wait to run away! Such is Pinot Noir’s unpredictability, sadly. I have no more imagination .....
