FRUIT WINE 果味的白葡萄酒
I wasn’t familiar with white burgundy 2016, but from what I’ve tasted so far, it seemed to be quite a fruit driven vintage. Nose of initial floral fragrance but quickly morphed into fruity aromas. Palate immediately started with fruits, and got even more intense when it warmed up in the glass.
我不是很熟悉布根第2016年份的白葡萄酒性格，不过我品了几款这个年份的酒已经有些印象了。最重要的是这个年份果味比较重，而酸度却不是很高，应该不是一个可以陈年很久的年份。香味一开始就是花香，而且很快的变成果味。味蕾也一样，开始到结束完完全全就是果味而已，尤其是我开始冰镇这瓶酒，当它慢慢温热之后，果味更浓厚。
