Rośe is always a comfort wine for me, as it’s very versatile, particularly with our terribly hot and humid weather here in Singapore. It can pair with any local food and not feel out of place. Locals need to learn how to appreciate these beautiful wines.
Very floral nose. Content was light and warm. Was told the winemakers have to harvest the grapes at night, by no means an easy feat!
