2017 Paul Pillot Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Clos Saint Jean Blanc
This premier cru is dominated with huge amount of shades of fruits, although the acidity is also very lively. On the bouquet, a huge summer floral blossom encapsulated the nose. Body of the wine is a big style fruity wine, very expressive core of fruit, with much complexities, broad and deep flavor. I also enjoy the purity of the wine, although the texture is a bit unpolished.
