A 70% Semillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc blend produced by the same team as Domaine de Chevalier from an exceptional terroir of Sauternes (neighbor of Chateau d’Yquem, Chateau d’Arche and Chateau Giraud), it's worth taking a closer look. Bouquet of light lemon skin peel and lemon curd. The body is slightly typical of a Bordeaux blanc, with emphasis on slightly oily and thick texture, however, it also has a rather soft entry with beautiful acidity, of which quite uncommon for a Bordeaux blanc blend.
