2021 Arnaud Baillot Beaune 1er Cru Les Pertuisots
Pertuisots is classified as a permier cru vineyard and it’s located on the outskirts of the city of Beaune in Burgundy. Pertuisots is not a very popular plot of vineyard, though with the presence of Leroy, it made the plot well known. Bouquet of fresh peach and citrus zest, along with chalky mineral notes. Content was a giveaway for a Beaune wine; below the fresh acidity, it possessed a rugged, full-bodied palate. Quite a signature of a Beaune wine.
