2021 Ferraton Père and Fils Hermitage Les Miaux Rouge
Made from 100 percent Syrah, this wine reflects the cooler, high-acid nature of the 2021 vintage. The bouquet shows fresh berries layered with earthy, land-driven aromas typical of Northern Rhône terroir. Initially tight, it opens beautifully with two hours of decanting. The palate delivers classic Hermitage character with earthy depth and a grounded, serious profile. Aged for 16 months in oak with a high proportion of new barrels, this biodynamically produced wine is built for further cellaring and long-term enjoyment. (01/2026)
