Changyu Dry White Wine
SLIGHTLY BETTER
Another white wine I tasted that’s produced in China, this time from Northwestern China of Xinjiang.
Nose of slight butter. Palate was very mandarin orange style, with decent depth, although the body was skinny. I believe the grape varietal should be Chardonnay but it could also be a blend. At least this was slightly better than the Riesling that I just tried.
