Kaizen Mizhuno Gotoshi
A casual Japanese sake which borrowed the whole Chinese character from Lao Zhi meaning nothing is like water, they only benefit everyone and do no harm to anyone. Water can be soft like vapor, hard like ice, an extremely deep philosophy from Taoist. Japanese obviously think highly of the Chinese philosophy, but the sake achievement here is nowhere close. It's ok for casual Jap dinner, nothing more.
