CLASSIC WHISKY
Bumped into a Scotch Whisky maker on a wine trade, a strange place to find a whisky booth. Nevertheless I still give it a shot.
At 43% abv, quite an average alcohol for whisky makers. Was told it was aged 10 years in oak barrel and then finished off in Sherry barrels. Palate was quite enjoyable; fresh and clean, easy and a friendly whisky made in a very classic style, much better than those Scotch blends!
