NV Aegerter Cremant de Bourgogne Brut
If you’re new to bubbles, you’ll want an entry level bubbles to start off with, and I do recommend this Aegerter entry level to boot. Nose was quite muted, with slight lemon zest. But I saw quite a lot of evolution on the palate; started off slightly creamy with a bit of lemon character. Slowly morphed into mousse, and it became quite addictive at this point. Decent value.
如果你要一瓶入门的泡沫酒，这个艾格特是不错的开始。香味有点淡，带有柠檬皮味。内容变化得不错；开始有点柔滑的奶油味，和一点柠檬味。慢慢的进入状态，就开始有点吸引力了，越喝越入戏，欲罢不能，直到把整瓶干掉！
