NV Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) Rose
PARTY CHAMPAGNE
This champagne is definitely not a Connoisseur level champagne despite it coming from a famous maker. More of a celebratory type of drink, not to be examined closely. Despite this, I still paid attention to it as I think it did quite a good job on making a successful party champagne. Light strawberry nose, palate was very fruity, mousse was thick and creamy, although it lacked precision, the fruity flavor more than made up the weakness.
