Pale yellow color nice pinpoint bubbles and a fragrance of green citrus, (more apple than anything else) and brioche. Creamy feel in the mouth, nice acid, blanaced but not quite flavorful.
Anothe Bollinger in less than a week, another surprise champagne. Again, bottle age and slightly oxidative palette and nose, seems to be so typical of Bollinger, be it Grand Annee or NV, they possess the same character. Well, cheaper to drink NV then.
