Before I ate anything, I tasted the champagne and found it to be too sweet (relative to other champagne), perhaps slightly sweet in absolute terms, but was a bit turned off as I felt a bit of fake sweetness. Fruits and bubbles and balance were all average, nothing to talk about. The sweetness actually turned out to compliment the food I had, thus it was double edge sword.
刚开始没有吃任何东西的时候，感觉这气泡酒略为太甜了，感觉不到平衡，况且糖分有点假，不像是水果甜而是加了糖块的甜。但是过后我吃了一些食物，那甜味就融化了，也不感觉甜了。所以这个甜度可能是个双刃剑，单方面去品它有点不公平。
