Another unfamiliar grape varietal Espadeiro to me, 100% of it that made this rośe. Always encounter new grape varietals from Portuguese wines, wonder why?
The soapy nose was strong, turning me down. Another infused CO2 with slight overdose, result was almost a sparkling rośe. Slightly bitter, simple and almost tasteless. I wouldn’t recommend it.
