I only had a chance to taste 2 wines produced by Leon Beyer, and one was a bubbly! So I can't fairly gauge the house style for now. Take my report as a pinch of salt.
Almost a clone like champagne on the nose, along with sweetness.
Palate is very bubbly, very sparkling, somehow lacked flavor and extremely dry. I believe it was too bubbly that somehow may have masked the fruits. Perhaps try a different approach for this sparkling.
