NV Montelvini Asolo Prosecco Superior DOCG Italy
Another fruit driven friendly sparkling wine from Italy. Really nothing much to talk about, except that both the bouquet and body were heavily fruit driven, particularly the content, very ripe and forward fruits with loads of mousse (perhaps to distract you away from the weakness of the wine). There’s no precision per say, so the taste was quite spread out. Don’t have too much expectations, just drink it during a hot afternoon was a great way to waste the day away.
