Wine With Bok - 9.25/10 Stars
Hermitage Pedigree from a Revered Plot: Le Reverdy comes from a lauded parcel on Hermitage Hill, placing this wine firmly within the premium Northern Rhone category, this wine clearly signals top tier craftsmanship and serious intent! Produced biodynamically
The bouquet shows ripe concentrated fruit while the palate delivers an oily, dense texture that creates depth, richness, and complexity. Despite its richness, the wine remains balanced and structured, giving it the ability to age gracefully for decades. This is a high quality Hermitage Blanc that does not require immediate consumption. It offers patience, evolution, and long term reward. (02/2026)

A little buttered popcorn on the nose from the oak, over the pear and yellow plum fruit. There's some ingrained vanilla too. Full-bodied, rounded and generous but not fat. Good sense of balance and focus here, plenty of inner freshness to balance the wine’s innate richness, and a long finish. A classic white Hermitage. From 30-year-old vines from lieux-dits Les Beaumes and Le Méal. Fermented in barriques and demi-muids, 30% new oak. Malolactic and ageing in barrels for around 12 months. (10/2020)

Taking plenty of air to show at its best, the 2019 Hermitage Le Reverdy Blanc comes from two great terroirs, especially for whites, the Les Beaumes and the Le Méal lieux-dits. Medium-gold hued with gorgeous honeyed stone fruits, white flowers, brioche, buttered lemons, and tangerine-like aromas and flavors, it hits the palate with full-bodied richness, flawless balance, nicely integrated acidity, and a great finish.
