So last week we had the International Vivino gathering at my place. Johan discreetly asked his secretary bought a bottle of this champagne from me, and brought it to our tasting, of course, he wrapped it with 10 layers of aluminum foil. So I tasted, wow, great stuff! Aged yeast, honeycomb on the nose. The palette was very pleasureable, aged, very intense, rich, great depth. Ed asked me how much I will pay? I said around $600 $700. Should be early 80s, but clueless on the label. Was shocked.
