DAISUKE KAWAI
In 2010, he settled in Singapore, working as Chef Sommelier at the three-star Michelin restaurant Les Amis and later as the General Manager and Chief Sommelier at Lewin Terrace. In 2015, he established his own venture, La Terre. Surprisingly, his career didn't initially revolve around the wine industry; instead, it was his solid foundation in the restaurant and service industry that paved the way for his success. He was crowned Hall of Fame Sommelier of the year by World Gourmet Summit Singapore in 2013, 2017, 2019 and was Asian’s best sommelier in 2017 by SOPEXA!

Failing is not a word that we use here at Fine Wines SG. We will prepare you with mock exam and tips to ensure that you perform at your optimal level. If you do not pass your exam on the first attempt, you may take it again by purchasing a retake for $120 (excluding GST). We will require 15 working days advance notice to book the exam.
