Arnaud Baillot

Arnaud Baillot, a youthful vintner rooted in the heart of Côte de Beaune in Beaune, takes on the roles of both owner and winemaker. Since 2014, he has been committed to sustainable winemaking practices, augmenting his estate with astute grape acquisitions. Arnaud's fervor as a winemaker is kindled by the rich tapestry of wine profiles that Burgundy unfolds. His collaborative partnership with Laure Hudelot-Noellat, his wife and scion of the eponymous estate in Chambolle-Musigny, results in a comprehensive wine collection. This collection spans from regional appellations to esteemed Grand Crus. In 2017, Arnaud and Laure embarked on their first vineyard acquisition in Côte de Beaune. The white wines encompass a spectrum of flavors, from Burgundy Chardonnay to the robust Corton-Charlemagne, and extend through Montagny 1er Cru, Pernand-Vergelesses Les Belles Filles, Chassagne-Montrachet, and Meursault Le Limozin. The reds, with their elegance and charm, include a variety of selections like Bourgogne Pinot Noir, Beaune Montrevenots, Pommard, Nuits St Georges, Nuits St Georges 1er Cru aux Boudots, Gevrey-Chambertin, Vosne, and, finally, Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Les Suchots.
