William Fevre
The Fèvre family’s history in Chablis dates back to 1750, with generations working the land and cultivating vineyards in the region. William Fèvre, however, took the family’s legacy to new heights. He began by acquiring prime vineyard sites, including several grand cru and premier cru plots, which are known for producing some of the finest expressions of Chablis. His vineyards are spread across approximately 78 hectares, with a significant portion dedicated to premier and grand cru wines.
